LW-PLA-HT

Meet our new generation LW-PLA-HT!

This formulation features an increased temperature resistance compared to our generic LW-PLA. Thin printed structures will be able to handle heat from external sources such as the sun much better and prolong the time until failure. Not convinced? Our LW-PLA-HT is the best filament for printing RC Planes, Cosplay and other light weight items. Parts are feather light, yet retain good strength and are easy to cut, trim and sand.

PLA stoneFill

Our fully biobased formulation of stoneFill mimics stone surfaces really well. The key difference with many other filaments is that our formulation does not incorporate ‘stone powder’, which makes this filament easy to work with and a joy to print! We have created a unique combination fillers which creates a speckled surface finish on your 3D print. Top surfaces and wall surfaces blend into each other, showing very similar surface qualities. Your 3D prints looks more appealing and attractive thanks to a matte surface finish and barely visible layer-lines.

TPU varioShore

varioShore TPU is the one filament that combines variable shore hardness, the soft grip & reduced weight & density. Suggested applications: cosplay, insoles, grips, tyres, prosthetics and more. We have taken TPU… and made it special by using the same foaming technology we debuted with LW-PLA. Our varioShore TPU has a few main distinctive features: its variable shore hardness, reduced weight, density and soft touch. varioShore TPU allows users to vary the density of the material by adjusting temperature and material throughput (speed & layerheight).

LW-ASA

The LW-ASA material is capable of increasing its volume nearly 2,5 times. The filament density is close to 1,07 g/cm3 but when foamed at its maximum capacity users will achieve part density close to 0,43 g/cm3. Like regular ASA the LW-ASA features inherent UV stability and high temperature resistance of 96C. Rest assured this material will be more capable of handling increased temperatures compared to our LW-PLA. LW-ASA is more susceptible to warping compared to LW-PLA type filament. Especially models with a large footprint can shrink and warp during printing, but compared to ABS in most cases less severe.

PA Blue metal detectable

To assist the food processing industry with the best 3D printing filament possible we developed a blue colored polyamide which is also metal detectable. Visual contrast is key. Blue is chosen as a common color for plastic materials in the food processing industry because it offers high visual contrast against most food products. This makes it easier for workers and vison systems to detect any plastic fragments that may accidently contaminate the food product during processing. Additionally our filament is metal detectable to minimize the risk of product contamination. Any plastic fragment which may accidently contaminate the food during the processing can be detected down-stream with metal detectors.

Introducing our Nature!lement allPHA product range, pioneering eco-friendly materials crafted from renewable resources and engineered for complete, natural decomposition across all environments. Unlike traditional plastics, our allPHA filaments leave no harmful microplastics behind, ensuring a truly sustainable solution for eco-conscious brands seeking reliable, compostable alternatives. Our allPHA range is designed to naturally degrade in any compostable setting, marking a significant step toward a zero waste future. Perfect for brands and industries aiming to move away from traditional plastics, it decomposes safely across diverse environments without the need for industrial composting, setting a new standard for plastic-free materials. About Nature!lement allPHA This innovative material is a 100% compostable, plastic-free alternative to PLA. Created through a natural fermentation process, PolyHydroxyAlkanoates (PHA) are produced when bacteria consume natural sugars and oils, resulting in “fat” cells that form PHA.

x Environmentally

conscious products

With sustainability and circularity at the top of our priorities, we can say we have created a material for additive manufacturing which not only delivers a great material to print with, but is also good for the environment. Polyhydroxyalkanoate ( PHAs ) polymer filament is a material made and eaten by micro organisms (bacteria). PHA is often called the sleeping giant of polymers. It provides a unique opportunity as a solution for reducing greenhouse gases, environmental plastics pollution, and establishing a circular economy. Our allPHA printed products can be composted at home or in industrial composters and can be recycled. When littering occurs with products printed with allPHA, they simply biodegrade back into nature, unlike plastics. This includes in the ocean – without generating microplastics!
